It been a long time i didn't update le..

So i now update hahas! xD

It happen on ytd... A customer complain our customer service..

Wtf! She a customer who i serve ytd.. As she wanna buy ear ring so she ask me.. Whether can she try e ear ring so i say cannot try..

Den she say ok.. So she say okay i wan tis ear ring..

So i giv her a new ones & tell her to check.. Den she giv me e money & she put on e ear-ring..

After tat when she put on one of e side.. She ask me can i help her to put on.. So i tell Lia to help her..

Den Lia help e customer to put on, after tat e customer ask can i refund e ear-ring to chose other type or Top-up.. Den we say sry cannot as she already put on one.. So she ask so u all giv me c where got write cannot exchanged after put on.. She say u all still have to use a plier to help me to put on.. So is like when i wanna put on e ear ring den how to put on.. Den my friend Lia say muz ask someone to help u to put on.. Den e customer say den u expect me always ask my husband to help me put on ar!

Den is like u c other shops ear-ring also cannot try ma tis is comman sense wat dun she noe.. Unless she is not s'porean den dun understand it.. lol..

Den she say she wan to complain, she say u giv me an gd answer or else i will stand in e shop & dun go.. After tat she say she wan to c our boss.. But we say boss is not in.. Den she say den u giv me ur shop name card as she wan it.. So we gave her..

E customer was so angry & ask i buy den try also cannot refund ar.. As we say tis is hygience so we can't change it for her.. Den she ask my friend so tis is e end of e story?!

So we say sry but ya tis is e end of e story..

So she left out of e shop angrily & say i dun wan e ear ring anymore..

Fuck la her dun she noe hygience!

Ytd is Michelle Birthday but they celebrate today.. But i din go.. As i go meet my Laogong.. Hehes! xD

So happy to c him today! We today go Tampines1 c presents for Michelle.. So extually he wanna buy soft toys, i wanna buy dress for her.. But in e end i nv buy for her e dress le.. Veri nice e colour but too bad onli have display set.. So is like not gd ma, children all try before.. So i never buy tat dress..

Instead i & my Laogong.. Change other idea we buy bag for her.. So she can use it for sch.. Hehe u all noe la.. Nowdays all e kids bags is so heavy.. So we buy e Princess Trolley Bag for her.. Although tis type of bags, when i small i also got.. But i still feel is nice as kids can't carry too heavy bag not gd for them.. So we brought tis for her =)

Hehe den at Night when i going home.. i straight away go to Michelle House to pass her present.. As i dun think i have time to go her house.. As i working dun have e time le..

After tat when she open & c e present she like it alot.. She told me hahas! Tat gd tat she like it.. Cuz i bought pink & green de bag for her.. N is her Fav Mermaid!!! =P

So when she c e present le i say i'm going home le as tml have to work.. Den Michelle tell me to wait cuz she wanna giv me letter.. Haha so funny of her.. Den i tell her tis bag is i & Quest korkor buy de.. Den she say i veri long never c Quest korkor le.. She say tat she miss him playing wif her :)

Den i sms my Laogong & tell him.. Den he tell me to tell Michelle tat when he free he will come down to look for her.. Den i tell Michelle she was so happy!

Btw Laogong thanks for accompany me go find Michelle Birthday present wor~

Haha u noe wat e customers say.. He ask me y tat gal dun smile de.. When they come in until now also never smile at all.. Den e guy ask me her charater like tat de ar.. i say ya! Customer say her Face so BLACK! i mean tat EMA! Den his friend say i think she come gal thing.. So funny :D

Today i saw damn angry wif Ema.. Wtf she think she r.. i answer e call as Lia is busy serving customers.. Den is like i tell her tat Lia is serving customers.. So she say she got important thing to ask her.. So i tell Lia to answer but she say she busy.. Den i tell Ema tat she not free to answer e call... Den in e end Ema say ok lor u so celver u help me to find.. Is like i never owned u anything leh.. Can u b carefull of wat u say, Btw do u realli need to say until like tis ma.. Fuck U!

i think she realli hv attitube problem lor.. Tat y so many ppl dun like her.. She still say wat she say tat ppl say bad thing behind her back.. i dun think tat have any problem wif it anyway she realli hv something wrong wif her.. i believe it! She say me bla..bla..bla.. Wtf!! Btw i buy a braclet for him from my working place buy de.. $90 plus over.. But i got staff discount% so still ok la e price hahas!

Tml i meeting my hubby keke! Is my off day tml too! As i today off & tml! So happy to c him soon!!!

Tml going Tampines1 for shopping & buy my mummy hp cuz her birthday is coming on Mon!

LOL.. Den after my mummy birthday, Michelle Birthday is coming on e Fri it is juz before my mummy birthday omg! Where got so much money wor?! =X

Tml mayb hubby & me going to watch Harry Potter like veri nice leh e show hahas!

Hope to watch wif u tml, juz scare tat have a long queue onli if tat so mayb we won't b watching liao... So muz postpone le hais~

Today is my off day finally!

So happy to c him today~

He accompany me go POSB to put my cheque in.. Queue for so long till my turn i put my cheque in & make a POSB card for my ownself hahas!

Den i next time take money will b easiler :P

Den we go TAMPINES1 there shop & c hp.. As my mun birthday is coming soon.. Anyway is my dad paid i juz help her choose onli hahas!

Den later we have some problems going on.. So we settle it first..

After tat we finish e things we go Loyang Point & buy e hp caseing..

Puayling Meimei come down wif her mummy find me & brought a ring from my shop.. Hahas! So sweet of her she say she specially come down as she wanna come & c me.... Cuz long time never c each other liao.. She have no change still e same! Thx wor mei =]

Tat time got 1 time got a couple come sliver corner our shop.. His gf come here to polish her ring..

So i help her to polish.. Den when i giv them their rings back.. E gal bf say y like tat e colour.. Den is like cuz when i wanna polish her ring i already saw a bit yellowrish le.. Den is like her bf giving me trouble lor.. Walau!

Den another time also like tat a few days onli.. Another think happen again.. His gf come here to polish her necklace.. Den when i polish ok le i giv her back.. Den her bf c le ask me y still yellowrish den i tell him cuz he buy is 925sliver tat y it will change colour.. i say onli stainless steel won't change colour..

Den u noe wat he say to me back.. He say den can i change to another necklace.. He muz b siao ar use before le & yellowrish liao still wanna change a new one.. Ahbo he go & buy a new necklace for his gf lor.. Dunno y always their bf help them talk when their gf never even complain! LOL!

Somemore he ask me wat u all noe.. He say den u got sell e sliver dip ma.. Den i say ya we do sell.. Small for$5, Big ones $14..

Den he say huh cannot cheaper ar.. He say he drive until here.. E car oil dunno how much liao!

Tis type of reasons also can giv me.. If he realli have a car i dun think he will budget wif tis type of small amount lor.. Fuck! Y all e guys like ahbeng ones so irrating! N so much complain.. i more & more hate ahbeng type of guys lor! Better dun tis type of situration happen again..

Den he say ya veri long din watch movie wif me le.. Den he ask me wanna watch wat movie.. He say Harry Potter ar? Hahas! xD

Den i say also can ar.. Mayb tis Sun we going to watch it as he accompany go get my Cheque at CTL.. Den mayb we go watch movie at Bugis or Marina Square i guess hehe
